If CU TR are not applicable for the equipment, in Russia it is necessary to carry out industrial safety expertise.

Industrial safety expertise is carried out in the order prescribed by federal regulations in the field of industrial safety, based on the principles of independence, objectivity, comprehensiveness and completeness of research, conducted using modern achievements of science and technology.

The result of the industrial safety expertise is the industrial safety expertise conclusion, which is signed by the head of the organization, that made the expertise of industrial safety, and the expert or experts in the field of industrial safety, involved in carrying out this expertise. Requirements to the industrial safety expertise conclusion drawing are established by federal rules and industrial safety regulations.
