Verification of design of equipment working under pressure
To pass the CU TR (EAEU) certification, it is necessary to be sure that the equipment design is in full conformity with all applicable requirements of CU TR.
It is always better to do the checking at stage of equipment design, because it will allow to make the necessary changes before the equipment is manufactured. It will help to save money and time.
The verification of design is made by checking of the drawings, strength calculations and other project documentation for the requirements of the applicable standards.
We can do calculations (design and checking calculations) for all kinds of equipment, working under pressure.
We use two calculation methods:
- For “Standard” equipment analytical method (with the use of formulas, based on tables)
- For separate parts or for the equipment of a difficult configuration or working under nonlinear load FEM (finite element method) is used.
Verification of base and detailed engineering
Verification of base and detailed engineering is made by checking and analysis of the manufacturer’s base and detailed engineering drawings, P&IDs, technical and process descriptions, specifications and other related documentation for the requirements of the Customs Union Technical Regulations, applicable Rules, norms and standards.
On base of the checking report the manufacturer can make necessary corrections in base and detailed engineering, which will give the possibility to make the erection in full compliance with Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations.
